A hydraulic thumb is an essential attachment that transforms your excavator into a more versatile and efficient machine. - Thumb parallel to dipper arm: KNAPP Hydraulic Thumbs tuck up out of the way parallel to the dipper arm when not in use.
- Quality Materials: Manufactured from high quality Grade 350 steel and solid strengthening pins ensuring long-lasting performance.
- Custom Made: Measurements provided using the Knapp Thumb Measurement Instructions below ensure that your Hydraulic Thumb reaches the end of the bucket and does not interfere with the boom when it is tucked up.
- Easy to Install: KNAPP Thumbs are equipped with a weld-on backing plate that can be easily attached to the dipper arm of your excavator. This allows for retrofitting to both new and used excavators, providing flexibility and convenience.
- NZ Made: Proudly manufactured in New Zealand including the hydraulic cylinder. We are ISO2001:2015 certified with ticketed welder fabricators.
